Job Description

    Job Title: Frontend DevOps SupportExperience: 4 - 6 YearsLocation: KochiNotice Period: Immediate JoinersJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our IT Services Management Team. This role involves overseeing the application management of a B2C platform, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and alignment with customer expectations. You will also contribute to support and enhancement projects.We are looking for a proactive and hands-on developer with solid experience in both Frontend development and DevOps practices.Key Responsibilities
    • Problem & Incident Management: Identify and resolve technical issues during application usage.
    • Release Coordination: Plan and execute software updates, new releases, and system upgrades.
    • Change Management: Implement and coordinate changes to applications, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
    • Support & Enhancements: Work on ongoing application support and enhancement tasks, including occasional on-call responsibilities.
    Requirements
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
    • 5 years of relevant professional experience.
    • Proficient in ITIL service management practices.
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Familiar with Agile and Kanban project management methodologies.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    Technical Skills
    • Frontend: React JS (v17), Tanstack, Context, React Router, Redux, Webpack / Vite, Storybook, Jest, React Testing Library, Vitest, Cypress, npm
    • DevOps: Azure, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, kubeAPI, Docker/Container, Debug Tools, openSSL, Kustomize, Curl
