Job Description

    Job Title: Fullstack DevOps LeadExperience: 4-6 YearsLocation: KochiNotice Period: Immediate Joiners OnlyJob DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to join our IT Services Management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on technical expertise in both software development and DevOps practices, alongside leadership capabilities to guide a team effectively.The role includes leading application management for a B2C platform, ensuring high service quality aligned with defined SLAs. This position also includes collaboration with the Senior Project Manager in Germany and active involvement in Support and Enhancement projects.Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the local IT Services Management Team while actively contributing to software development
    • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues under Problem and Incident Management
    • Coordinate release planning and deployment of application updates
    • Manage and execute change requests considering service continuity
    • Maintain high availability and performance of applications
    • Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
    • Participate in on-call rotations as required
    Skills & Expertise Required
    • In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks for service management
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Project management experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
    • Proven experience in Support & Enhancement projects
    • Ability to lead and mentor a technical team
    Technical Skill SetFrontend & Backend Technologies
    • Proficiency in software development practices across full stack environments
    • Experience in managing and deploying web-based applications
    DevOps & Infrastructure Tools

    • Azure DevOps: Pipelines, Repositories, Deployment Automation
    • ArgoCD for Continuous Delivery

    Qualifications
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development and DevOps
    • Prior experience in leading teams and managing application lifecycles
