Job Description

Job Summary The person in this position will need to be quick to adapt to process change and will need to manage all type of end user device related jobs. Scope of this role is limited to Home office Infrastructure management, unless anything assigned globally. This role is to manage in house computer software systems, communication systems, Basic network connections to ensure high availability and security of the supported business applications.This individual also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.Desired Candidate

  • Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in computer science.
  • Location: Petrolink Data Services Pvt. Ltd.,
  • Experience in years: 6+ years.
  • Notice Period: 30 days.
Duties Responsibilities
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to critically analyse symptoms, diagnose, plan and take appropriate action on equipment including Desktops, laptops, printers and End user device.
  • In-depth knowledge of operating systems like Windows and End user Application.
  • Microsoft Active directory skills.
  • Fundaments of network concepts. Familiar with TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, HTTPs. Etc
  • In-depth Knowledge of LAN and WAN topology.
  • Should be Client interfacing.
  • Perform periodic preventative maintenance identified by the IT Services Lead
  • Make recommendations to the IT Services Lead for improving processes.
  • Knowledge in Antivirus management.
  • Door access control management.
  • Physical security.
  • O365 Administration includes , Exchange , Msteams, Sharepoint and Streams.
  • Good Knowledge on Windows 10 Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge on WDS services.
  • Freepbx administration.
  • Handle Security escalations.
  • Experience on Inventory Management.
  • Preferred Traits
  • Hands-on experience on Windows, Desktop and laptops.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent in maintaining proper documentation.
  • Give root cause analysis on incidents.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report as required.
  • Friendly and pleasant demeanour.
  • Self-starter and self-motivator.
  • Take ownership and responsibility.
  • Possess the drive to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Critically and technically minded.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing.
  • Positive attitude, eager to take responsibility for work and shows initiative.
  • MCP.CCNA, MCSE, A+ ,O365 certification -preferred.
  • ITIL Certification is a Must.
  • Desired Knowledge of Linux, Servers, Networking.
  • Desired Knowledge in office Communication devices and Tele-conferencing.
  • Bachelor or equivalent in Science or Computing.
