Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Prepare a variety of Indian curries / South Indian dishes like Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambar, Upma, etc., following authentic recipes and maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Ensure proper portion control and plating of dishes.
    • Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and work surfaces.
    • Adhere to food safety regulations and FSSAI procedures.
    • Contribute to cost control by minimizing food wastage and using ingredients efficiently.
    • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
    • May assist with meal preparation and other kitchen tasks.
