Job Description

    Description This position is for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in investment banking. The role involves supporting senior team members in various financial transactions and providing analytical support to clients. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuations for clients. Conduct industry and market research to support transaction activity. Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and pitches. Support senior team members in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other financial transactions. Analyze financial statements and prepare reports for internal and client use. Collaborate with team members to develop strategic recommendations for clients. Skills and Qualifications Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment under tight deadlines. A bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required. Knowledge of financial markets and investment banking concepts is an advantage.
