Job Description

Position : Manager Sales & MarketingLocation : Cochin/TrivandrumExperience : 6-12 yearsIndustry : Power Cables, OH Conductors, Medium Voltage ConductorsEducation Experience B.E. / Diploma in Electrical, MBA in Marketing preferable.Roles/ Responsibilities

  • Plan targets, manage distribution and inventory parameters and control credit with the overall objective of sustained and increased revenue in the region
  • Principal Accountabilities includes direct B2B sales across the region as an individual contributor
  • Define appropriate pricing strategies to ensure cost optimization Lead and manage allocated key accounts to ensure sustained profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and manage new clients/ dealers in the region
  • Define and ensure achievement of set targets for the region, Manage regional profitability by planning realization and cost budgets Control market overdue to ensure timely receipt of all payments
  • Manage and deliver on key customer expectations related to timely delivery of order in full Deliver on the customer satisfaction parameters and take corrective action if needed Regularly monitor / screen respond to tenders Ensure timely receipt of payments Update with developments in the region competitive action
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience into selling OHC or MVCC or XLPE or Switchgears etc.Handling Government & Private Utilities (State Electricity Boards) and other Government Deptt. & Industries
