Job Description

Acquire and on-board B2B clients

  • Provide timely and effective resolutions to all client issues to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level
  • Retain and grow Farmers Fresh Zone business from existing clients through Renewals, up-sell, cross-sell, etc.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting
  • Ensure daily reporting as per the tools made available from time to time and timely and accurate updating of account data in existing sales MIS systems
  • Effective management of your portfolio and database of prospects, current clients and past clients to ensure steady growth in client base and revenue
  • Conduct promotional events / marketing activities to develop new clients
  • Responsible for developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, agreed targets and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organizations presence
  • Introduce Innovative Ideas that can maximize sales
    • Effective Communication Skills
    • Relevant experience in B2B corporate sales will be an advantage
