Job Description

  • 6-10 years of experience.
Position Summary :GDS Sector Enablement Coordinator would be working for EY Global Industry team and aligned to a group of complementary sectors clustered together. He/she will be a part of the sector support team which supports the Sector Operations Leaders/Sector Execution Leaders (SOLs/SELs) and sector team. Working with the IMOM, SEMs and other key GDS functions, Sector Enablement Coordinator would be responsible for delivering high quality support in execution of sector priorities and managing operational processes. This person will need to demonstrate strong commercial and operational acumen and business operations. He/she will build a strong knowledge of sector and work under the leadership and guidance of the IMOM/SEM. Sector Enablement Coordinator will build relationship across sector stakeholders and global support functions to enable the smoother functioning of sector administrative and compliance activities. Over a period of Sector Enablement Coordinator is expected to build strong expertise on IM and get dedicated to it.Job Specification
  • Strategic Execution and Market Performance Reporting
    • Execute sector reporting on key performance indicators such as Revenue, Margin Pipeline
    • Work with SEM to create summary of reports and provide insights to noticeable trends.
  • Operations and Compliance Activities
    • Account Payables & receivables Submit invoices for payment and monitor payment status.
    • BRET submission and contract preparation support - Work with Global Industry GSS BRET team to instigate BRET requests, help resolve research related queries arising from the GSS BRET team
    • Supports SEMs in sector budget tracking and reporting trends on spends against agreed strategic initiatives throughout the year. Follow up and coordinate with sector team to fix issues.
    • Support SEM in collation of data for Most Likely Outcome (MLO) exercise, manage the follow up with the budget owners for the expected spend and create summaries.
    • Manage Event approval process and collate information from team members to complete event approval form. Submit event approval form to Global Industry mailbox for approval, and follow up on status.
    • Identify knowledge sharing, process documentation and identification of best practice
    • Support special projects as required
  • Communications and Networking
    • Supports maintenance of communications tools to build sector team connectivity, such as GLMS lists, newsletters, yammer communities, CHS
    • Create and design SharePoint sites based on the sector requirements. He/she would be responsible for maintain this site and ensure all sector documents are uploaded and initiate activities to drive team connectivity.
    • Responsible for creating and maintaining Sector repositories for all processes executed by GDS as well as SOL s (wherever possible)
    • Support Milestone events and follow up actions as required.
    • Create GLMS lists as required for Networks. Manage subscription and membership requirements, including working with GID to monitor new joiners/leavers
    • Manage sector specialization emails.
