Job Description

    Role: Martech LeadExp : 8+ YearsJob DescriptionLead the vision, architecture, strategy, and roadmap of our MarTech stack.Own marketing attribution across the entire customer lifecycle.Ensure that data flows smoothly between the platforms (acquisition channel - website - marketing automation system - CRM system) to maintain data accuracy.Partner with stakeholders (Field Marketing, Content, IT, Product, and Compliance teams) to understand their requirements, gather use cases, and optimize the MarTech stack to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.Manage the company website (we use Butter CMS) and drive the website roadmap in collaboration with the Product team.Define and create reports and dashboards to give the Field Marketing Managers the ability to make data-driven decisions.Define, monitor, and communicate key success metrics regularly to continue iterating on the tools and processes.Maintain central documentation and work with business leaders on developing our capabilities.8+years of experience in the B2B/SaaS industry.Solid and in-depth knowledge of Marketing acquisition and retention channels and web analytics.Technical background -- the ability to speak the same language with the engineers and convert business requirements development-ready tickets.
