Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesTo execute and suggest the strategies to increase the business volume in the region. To develop the network of Dealers and Distributors.

  • Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel Partners across assigned territories for deeper market penetration & reach.
  • Monitoring Distribution networks to ensure ready availability of the product at all times.
  • Implementing business practices and deploying company strategies and programs to the core.
  • Looking for the dealer network.
  • Explaining about the product (features & new schemes etc.) to the clients.
  • Monitoring the display folders in the outlets.
  • Through clarifying the dealers queries regarding the competitors.
  • Responding the Dealers complaints & comments.
  • Maintain the good relations with the Dealers
Desired Candidate ProfileCandidate should have 5+ years of experience in Dealer sales management in FMCG, Building material domain. Should own 2 wheeler and Valid DL.Should have geographical knowledge Perks and BenefitsIncentives + Travel conveyance,
