EY-SiteCore Technical Lead ConsultingEY GDS Consulting digital, is looking out for experienced web content management expert, especially on non-Microsoft platforms like Sitefinity, Drupal & Site Core experience. Experience with SEO, Web Search. Resource will be part of Enterprise Content Management team delivering to clients across regions.The opportunityWe re looking for resources with expertise in SiteCore Technologies to join the group of our ECM Collaboration Consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of our service offering.Your key responsibilities

• Experience in developing web solutions using Sitecore CMS, ASP.net MVC (Razor) and C#.
• Should have hands on experience in Sitecore 9.0 development or above.
• Experience in developing web solutions with search engines such as Lucene and SOLR Search with Sitecore.
• Worked on customizing Sitecore Pipelines such as Item Resolver, URL Resolver, and Language Resolver.
• Worked on integration of various modules with Sitecore like WFFM, Bright cove, SVG images.
• Worked with ORMs in Sitecore solutions such as Glass Mapper and TDS.
• Good understanding and command on LINQ and Entity Framework.
• Conversant with HTML, Java Script, jQuery and AJAX.
• Should have hands on experience of RESTful API.
• Strong understanding about OOPS concepts and design principles.
• Should have implemented Ajax / Ajax controls in C# and .Net Projects.
• Should have complete knowledge of visual studio 2015.
• Understanding of SCRUM and Agile Methodologies along with knowledge of Project Tracking Tools such as JIRA.
• Good communication skills is a MUST.
• Should be familiar within CMMi & ISO processes.
• Sitecore certification will be an added advantage.
• Should be OK to travel onsite (Long Term) and good to have prior onsite work experience.
• Preferred - Sitecore upgrade experience & SXA.

Skills and attributes

• 9+ years developing Core CMS applications.
• Must have strong analytical and technical skills using .Net and SQL.
• Prior experience in Entity Framework, Caching like Redis, DEVOPS deployment.
• PHP, PHP Frameworks like Symphony
• JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, jQuery
• MySQL 5.x, Git, XML/XSLT
• Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
• Database design, development, and performance tuning using MYSQL database
• Agile development methodology
• Passion for the web, open source development, and for helping us build meaningful experiences
• Experience consulting strongly preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities, taking initiative, and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Maintain a positive and constructive outlook, focus on driving results, finding solutions / breakthroughs to solve problems and challenges; has a positive influence on peers.
• Interpersonal and communication skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelors or masters degree
• A minimum of 9-15 years of experience, preferably background in a professional services firm.
• Excellent communication skills with consulting experience preferred

• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
