Job Description

    Designation - Product AdvisorLocation - KochiNeed good Malayalam and Good EnglishMinimum 1 year experience in TelesalesQualification- HSC passed.Salary- 15k to 18K IH1 Rotational week off between Monday to Friday.Work Timing - 10 AM to 7PMInterview Time - 11 AM to 5 PMKey Responsibilities:Customer Support: Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending the appropriate products. Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and benefits. Answer customer inquiries via in-person consultations, phone calls, email, and online chat. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends. Understand and explain the technical aspects of products in a way that is easy for customers to understand. Participate in product training sessions to maintain expert-level knowledge. Sales Assistance: Work closely with the sales team to provide customers with a seamless purchasing experience. Help drive sales by promoting products and cross-selling complementary items. Monitor inventory and ensure that products are readily available for customers. Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized service. Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Reporting & Feedback: Report customer trends, preferences, and feedback to management. Assist in developing product marketing strategies based on customer interactions.
