Job Description

    An enthusiastic fintech startup for financial markets is looking for a productsupport executive to join the team GeeNee. You will be responsible for after-sales support of the online platform to Pan India customers through e-mail and voice and also conversion of the free trial user. Successful candidates will be placed at our Kochi Office.RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Understand financial markets and market trends.
    • Interact with free trial users and explain the functionalities of the platform.
    • Convert free trial users to paid users.
    • Encourage existing users to renew the platform.
    • Assist users with all queries related to products and their functions.
    • Try to Solve technical issues related to the platform.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction report is collected from the client after each resolved issue.
    • Sending Daily Activity Report to the Reporting Manager.
    SKILLS
    • 1-5 years of experience with a Financial firm/stock broker/BPO.
    • Excellent customer interaction skills
    • Excellent Communication and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in English/Hindi with a regional language is a must
    • Graduate in any discipline.
    Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 per year
