Job Description

Profile Requirements

Suitable candidates would meet 3 or more of the following requirements:

  1. Technology Entrepreneur or a Wannapreneur with a relentless drive to excel
  2. Excellent communicator with a good grasp of Sales & Marketing basics
  3. Demonstrable experience in producing results in their current and immediate preceding role
  4. Have a penchant for data and data - driven decision making; have a good understanding of BI / Analytics workflows and how to utilize analytics outputs for business results.
  5. Experience in the insurance industry in a strategic role - or - selling solutions to the insurance industry
  6. Experience in marketing / selling Analytics solutions.

Job Description

Selected candidate would:

  • Work with the CRDO in aligning the teams activities to converge on the business goals (i.e., Engg, Analytics, Sales & Marketing teams must all work to goals and timelines that converge)
  • Escalate any potential risks and delays in a timely manner - and facilitate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Assist the CRDO is preparing a budget for the program; and tracking this through the year.
  • Participate in / prepare for Board of Advisor meetings as well as Executive Team meetings to present the progress of the program.
  • Take turns to spend in each team understanding their work flows and how their work contributes to the whole.
  • Spend at least 50% of the time in Sales and Marketing activity, especially in the areas of industry event participation, partnership management, and proposal preparation.
  • Take ownership of the BRE program delivering its business objectives
