Job Description

    Description The primary objective of this role is to create and manage detailed work plans, resources and priorities in order to complete projects on - time, within budget, to high quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the project management of multiple simultaneous deliverables on behalf of Digital Learning- Responsible for defining the project scope in collaboration with stakeholders- Creation of a detailed workplan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project, including resources and dependencies- Organize and maintain files, collateral, and communications associated with the project- Monitor the progress of the projects, accountabilities, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project- Establish a communications schedule to update stakeholders- Prepare reports for management and stakeholders on project progress, financial reporting, etc- Ensure the project deliverables are on time, within budget and to the required level of quality; evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase Qualifications - 7 - 10 years of experience in learning and development or related fields, with a successful track record in designing and implementing organizational change initiatives that address leadership development needsJob Skills - Creative; open to new ideas. - Known to be highly detail oriented- Ability to collaborate with many internal stakeholders at various levels. - Demonstrated high quality communication and solid relationship - building abilities in a global, matrix organization- Able to adapt to change and work through conflicts- Demonstrated history of successfully creating, planning, and monitoring complex project plans.
