Job Description

    Designation QAQC ManagerWorking Days- 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)Location- KochiReporting to- CEORole and Responsibilities:- JOB PROFILE:
    1. Involved in the full spectrum of QA/QC function.
    2. Involved in R&D activities and new product development in the product segment of Natural Food Colours, Natural Preservatives, Herbal Extracts, Spices & Spice Oleoresins/Essential Oils & Nutraceuticals.
    3. Lead and supervise overall sanitation and hygiene procedures to ensure effective implementation of quality cleaning work on the production & packing forwarding section.
    4. Responsible for monitoring production and ensuring that the products are produced/sourced in accordance with the clients specifications as well as adhering to company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    5. To collect a lot sample of each batch of production, keep detailed and up-to-date QC records for every batch of production & distributed products.
    6. Involved in various process improvements projects and Quality System maintenance.
    7. Inspect all in-coming raw materials to ensure that all quality requirements are in accordance with prescribed product specification and matching purchase order.
    8. Inspect all out-going products to ensure that both quantity and quality are meeting the clients order.
    9. In charge of maintaining and update HACCP, GMP, SOP, and HALAL.
    10. Supervise personnel to ensure food is produced and assembled in accordance with FDA, USDA, HACCP.
    11. Knowledge of handling instruments like UV, HPLC, GC, IR etc.
    12. Responsible for carrying out internal inspection and audit as well as support management team during the external audit.
    13. Conduct a basic training program for production & other staff handling product dispatch.
    Any other function to be assigned from time to time by management.
