Job Description

    As a Release Manager you will be responsible for implementing and managing the release process from development to testing then finally to the production environments.Responsibilities
    • Close collaboration with other delivery teams, technical support teams and business stakeholders
    • Leverage your creative mind and think of new ways to collect and report data from development organization,
    • Own release management process end to end, from product release kickoff to general availability on the market.
    • Get things done think outside the box and find creative solutions to tough technical problems.
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Minimum 3 years experience leading software development
    • Proven working experience in an agile software development environment.
    • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
    • Good analytical and problem resolution skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English language (both written and oral)
    • Passion for delivering results in high quality standards.
    • Approachable and flexible, open, trustworthy, and innovative
    • Strong team player, with the ability to lead and motivate teams without authority.
    • Proven understanding of IBM Release Management processes
    • Proven understanding for DOUs (CDN, Pen-testing, Mac Notarization etc), Other expense and EPA, Release management items, GB18030, SPBD, MSAC, GDPR, SSM L3 support and Licensing.
    • Passion to learn and continuously grow.
