Job Description

    Job Purpose
    • Handling a team of Sales Executives who have been actively seeking and acquiring new clients for LI business in HDFC Phone banking unit.
    • Ensure pre and post sales support and service to the client bank and make sure consistent growth in the business every quarter.
    • Achieving team targets to contribute overall growth of the company.
    • Relationship management with various stake holders
    • Balancing between the process requirement and expectations of the Channel partners.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    1. Candidate with team handling experience in Life Insurance
    2. Age - Max. 34 years
    3. Good communication and Team handling skills
    4. Experience in handling tele/virtual vertical would be preferred
