Job Description

    IN Software Development Manager role you will be responsible for driving software development team.Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for cross-site technological software development activities.
    • Close collaboration with other delivery teams, technical support teams and business stakeholders.
    • Provide content, time and financial planning of projects and resources in coordination with the release manager.
    • Leverage your creative mind and think of new ways to collect and report data from our client ecosystem and customer s feedback,
    • Participation in software architectural changes and refactoring initiatives
    • Use your engineering skills to lead data engineers around the world.
    • Own execution end to end, from product kickoff to fully working feature.
    • Onboard and mentor new members of the team as the team grows.
    • Get things done think outside the box and find creative solutions to tough technical problems.
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Minimum 5 years experience leading software development.
    • Solid understanding of Software Design fundamentals.
    • Proven working experience in an agile software development environment.
    • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
    • Good analytical and problem resolution skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English language (both written and oral).
    • Passionate for delivering results in high quality standards.
    • Approachable and flexible, open, trustworthy, and innovative.
    • Strong team player, you have the ability to lead and motivate the team,
    • Customer orientated, possess good communication skills and a good understanding of business contexts.
    • Passion to learn and continuously grow.
