Job Description

    Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive Human Resources to join our team at JobStars HR Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Senior Executive Human Resources, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, payroll, operations management, employee training, and HR recruiting. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India.Qualifications And Skills Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Relevant experience as a HR executive or similar role, with 1-3 years of experience. Strong knowledge of recruiting, payroll, operations management, and employee training. Familiarity with HR software and systems for efficient HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in. a team environment. Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.Roles And Responsibilities Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Conduct interviews, screen and select candidates, and facilitate the hiring process. Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Handle employee relations and address any issues or conflicts. Coordinate employee training programs and ensure skills development. Stay updated on current HR trends and practices to optimize HR operations. Collaborate with department managers to understand their HR needs and align HR strategies accordingly. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes,
