Job Description

    Are you a highly experienced passionate about cutting-edge andJoin our dynamic team and play a key role in designing, deploying, and supporting high-performance computing solutions for enterprise customers.This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading technology partners like and on mission-critical AI workloads and cloud data center projects.The Role: The Senior Systems Engineer is a pivotal role focused on delivering cutting-edge & Architect, configure, and NVIDIA GPU and Supermicro server solutions in enterprise and data center environments.Design scalable compute, storage, and networking architectures to meet complex customer and project requirements.Execute ,, and .Technical Support & Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support for NVIDIA systems, Supermicro servers, and related infrastructure.Troubleshoot complex hardware, firmware, and software issues, coordinating with vendors (NVIDIA, Supermicro) for escalations.Maintain detailed and accurate of all , incidents, and solutions.Collaboration & Partner EngagementWork closely with technical teams from partners like NVIDIA and Supermicro for solution validation and product updates.Support internal and presales teams in customer engagements, product demos, and -of-Concept () implementations.Engage in partner training and certification programs to ensure expertise in emerging technologies.Data Center Management & DocumentationManage on-premise and hosted environments for , , and .Ensure strict adherence to data center best practices for power, cooling, cabling, and security.Prepare comprehensive system design documents, deployment guides, and test reports.Must-Have QualificationsExperience: Minimum 8 years in systems engineering ( center/ infrastructure).Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of NVIDIA GPU architectures (DGX, CUDA, AI/ML frameworks).Server Proficiency: Expertise with Supermicro server platforms, BIOS/firmware, and IPMI tools.OS/Networking: Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows environments, virtualization (VMware, KVM), and data center networking (/).Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities.Preferred (A Big Plus)Certifications: NVIDIA NCP/NGCA, Supermicro Certified, / /.Familiarity with (Docker, Kubernetes) and AI infrastructure management.
