Job Description

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL
  • Installation and Management of Windows 2008/2012 Server.
  • Installation and configuration of Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.
  • Working on Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012.
  • Creating user accounts in Active Directory, configuring user profiles, creating local and global groups, and managing accounts in complete Active Directory Domain controller.
  • Working on Microsoft Exchange on Email Clients like MS-Outlook and Office 365.
  • Creation, Configuration, and maintenance of Exchange databases, mailboxes, address lists, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes.
  • Working on Lotus Domino Administrator and Notes of IBM server v8.5 and v9.0
  • Sharing folders, planning and assigning NTFS permissions.
  • Installation and configuration of Softwares in Windows 2008/2012 Server and Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10.
  • Knowledge on Creating Virtual Machines in VMware and Hyper V.
  • Implementing network services such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Remote Access Services (RAS, VPN).
Implementing Network Security, Testing and Troubleshooting of Networks.,
