Job Description

  • Design, develop, test and automate ETL processes using Big data technologies like SPARK, SCALA, Qubole, Informatica and Hive to implement to new ETL packages
  • Work closely with Business Consultants and other teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions for complex client specifications
  • Communicate with immediate supervisor and other project team members on the status of work in-progress, both verbal and written communication
  • Estimate time requirements and ensure all development initiatives are delivered on schedule and notify appropriate personnel when variances from the schedule occur
  • Implement applications in production ensuring results meet business requirements
  • Provide project, system and other technical documentation as required
