About the Role

GEMS Modern Academy, Kochi, has been thoughtfully constructed to provide a learning environment that s filled with opportunities to discover, explore and have fun. As the school continues to grow, we are looking for outstanding, creative and passionate Teachers to join our team May 2021 (August start would be considered)

Successful Applicants will have the Following:

  • Bachelors / Masters degree specializing in the subject taught and a certified teaching qualification, preferably.
  • Experience teaching in an International curriculum school is required, IB/English National Curriculum experience is preferred.
  • The desire to provide Outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is needed to work closely with students and parents.
  • Aspiration to work in a world class school with real prospects for enhancing their career.
  • A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.
  • Familiar with school systems and strong IT skills.
  • The ability to teach through drama would be an advantage.
