Previous experience in software solution sales and/ or business development is required. As a BDM, your main role will be to identify, win and retain clients. With a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, you will confidently manage the full corporate sales cycle from initial enquiry to closure. Full training on the company s product range will be provided to the successful candidate. YOUR PROFILE : Qualification:- Degree with MBA/ PGDM (Preferred). Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Malayalam). Relevant Experience:- 3 - 6 years sales/ business development experience in software technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. Acquire in depth knowledge of our software and solutions. Identifying target markets, conduct prospecting and lead follow up from telesales led activities. Conducting face to face meetings with startups and enterprises. Responsible for new client acquisitions, management and leading key relationships to meet higher business revenue targets. Deliver corporate presentations and software demonstrations. Qualify and manage opportunities including writing proposals and responding to tenders. Also sales closure and revenue generation. Monitor and report on all activities and pipelines. Managing lead data in CRM. Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management. Planning and analyzing the projects in hand. Involve to ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness of project delivery and analysis for the same. Training and leading the team members to meet their individual and team targets. Self- motivated and target driven who is flexible and adaptable. Prepared to travel. Ability to handle pressure. Good at Multitasking. Must give proper and accurate reporting on all activities done on a timely manner. Must track competitor activities and keep management posted to effectively counter it.
