Content and Curriuculum DevelopmentPeople ManagementCoaching and Mentoring Managing FinancialsResponsible for implementing the academic and financial strategy of the departmentResponsible for implementing process that will support a healthy and enriched learning environmentAdhere to all policies and procedures as defined by the organisation associated institutes and affiliationsSupport the Development of new programs to attract new students and marketsResponsible for classroom teaching @ a minimum of 20 hrs per week / semesterAdhere to agreed and set curriculum. Recommend changes and drive the change when requiredFacilitate student learning. Provide effective instruction and undertake effective assessments on an ongoing basisDevelop effective and current course curriculum. This includes and is not limited to student handouts, presentations, assessments, etcResponsible for developing and implementing remedial programs / courses to ensure effective learningCollaborate with other departments and Academic Administrator to create and implement relevant programs and learning materialSchedule, supervise, debrief and evaluate students on an ongoing basis.Provide feedback and coach / mentor as and when requiredWork with Operations team to procure required and relevant technology to assist and facilitate effective teaching / learningResponsible for reviewing student grades.Work with HOD and the administration team to identify remedial measures and implement accordingly Undertake University evaluations as per univ norms on a periodic basis Remain current on knowledge and skills of specific domain.Participate with the Marketing and Admissions team as part of the Outreach program Support HR during recruitment, student internships and job opportunitiesActively participate / Facilitate in all organisational activities. This includes and is not limited to workshops conducted in and by organisation, student events, meetings, seminars, conferencesResponsible for adhering to process and ensuring the highest levels of quality, integrity and ethics in all research undertaken by self / team / studentsAny other responsibilities as required and requested by Academic Head or assigned reporting Heads.
