Developers design, code, test, debug, and document program requirements, working with architects, product managers, and endusers in the development and enhancement of applications. Plans, designs, and develops software systems from concept phase to production in local networks or cloud based related computer programs.Codes in relevant languages.Manages a team of Professionals, more senior level Support staff, larger group of off-shore/contract resources or some combination of these groups.May have supervisors reporting to them.Responsibilities typically include:Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.Handling problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.Ensuring compliance policies, and procedures are understood and followed.About youQualifications:University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.Preferred:App development/programmingDatabase designSystem architecture & integrationCommunication and stakeholder management skillsRoot cause analysisProduct development managementProduct portfolio management.Additional InformationAt Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
