To support its growth and expansion plan, we are looking for well qualified and competent professionals in field of Sales & Marketing as Territory Sales Manager .This would be the right opportunity for candidates with the required skills and qualities in the field of Sales & Marketing.Tasks and responsibilities include : Responsible for driving sales and achieving budgeted revenues through a team of Field Associates Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Distributors, Retailers Review FA s and distributor performance Ensure placement of product as per the season/sowing window and ensure optimum inventory levels Conducts sales promotion programs, field activities for farmers in as per quarterly plan, gathers market intelligence and provides it the RSM on a regular basis Prepare monthly tour plan and executes as per agreement with the RSM Ensuring Customer Satisfaction across distributors, retailers, key farmers Accomplishes agreed revenues from the existing sales & distribution network Ensuring agreed throughput per distributors per month/quarter Ensuring desired visibility of EWSI across clusters through pre determined & agreed no of campaigns/activities across cluster on a weekly/monthly basis Maintaining CSAT score at agreed threshold level, addressing complaints of various stakeholders in chain within 48 hours.
