As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Trainer in Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking.Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking for both internal teams and external clients. Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and practical exercises. Keep abreast of the latest trends, threats, and technologies in Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking to ensure training content remains current and relevant. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify. training needs and tailor training programs to meet specific requirements. Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees, assisting them in understanding complex concepts and acquiring practical skills. Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through assessments and feedback collection.Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field. Extensive experience in Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking, with expertise in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, network security, and incident response. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively. Relevant certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or CompTIA Security are highly desirable.
