Job Description

ResponsibilitiesAcademic Counselor

  • Handle end to end admission process.
  • Experience in counseling students for admission and promoting facility.
  • Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings.
  • Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions and recruitment activities as a representative of the Institute.
  • Maintain regular communication with students & parents for coordinating admission activities and addressing the concerns.
  • Maintaining a record on the follow ups / walk-ins received and sharing with the management & marketing teams.
  • Counselors are generally office based but occasionally will need to travel to local institutes & colleges for conducting workshops and seminars.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Possess outstanding written, verbal, interpersonal, and computer skills.
