Job description We have an urgent requirement of Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager-Operations at our Cochin office, with good communication skills, experience of working with TPA industry in Operations and having good knowledge about health Insurance policies. preference will be given to those having experience of working with TPA industry. Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Operations Manage day to day claims processing operations according to established performance standards. Review the work flow with in the unit on daily basis. Work with the manager to identify the productivity and process improvements. Escalate the issues to manager as required- identify the risks and present solutions for optimizing results. Ensure that Claims TAT & Productivity objectives are met based on service level standards. Ensure that team members are efficiently trained and provided with appropriate tools to perform their jobs. Motivate ,Supervise and identify the coaching opportunity for the staff. Provide ongoing feedback on daily basis. Maintaining various records and provides as an when require. Doing regular visit at existing clients for relation building and approaching for NewBusiness. Brokers and Corporates Visit for business expansions. Stay in touch with Hospitals for better cashless facility.,
