Reporting to the Head of Webshop and Mobile Systems, your skills and experience will include: A strong user experience design portfolio demonstrating innovation and pragmatism in both web and mobile applications Experience leading a team of talented UX designers Experience working alongside agile development teams, and an understanding of the pace of development that that inevitably leads to To cope with that pace, experience in lean prototyping, and lean UX techniques The ability to dig deeper and create working prototypes, when the concepts need to be brought to life. The ability to make complex tasks and concepts simple Excellent attention to detail The ability to carry out user testing research to support design decisions The ability to manage your and your teams workflow, document and communicate clearly to others less technical or visually articulate than you A solid understanding of the building blocks of the internet e. g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript Excellent working knowledge of IA/ UX/ design software e. g. OmniGraffle, Axure, Adobe CS/ CC An understanding of the User Centred Design process The ability to creatively interpret briefs Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player The ability to learn quickly, we dont expect you to know it all from day one Experience of e - commerce is a bonus,
