Pristyncare-Zonal Manager- City Operations Key Responsibilities :- Develop the City Level Operations- Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities to onboard hospital and clinics - Primary responsibilities include - Right patient experience for respective cities, closing monthly AR, Strong rapport with MD/CXO/owner from hospital/clinic- Responsible for P&L driven decisions for the assigned region- Ready to take up everyday complex problems - Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned region- End-to-end ownership of a selected region for great patient experience - Understand the region in-depth, and how the digital healthcare ecosystem works- Institutionalize service operations norms and processes for the region for a better experience for internal and external stakeholders- Work closely with the category team/Medical directorate/Doctors team to ensure the right patient experience - Leadership, problem-solving, communication skills to lead and manage a decent team team - Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channelsRequirements :- Bachelors/Masters from tier-I colleges - General management experience managing the P&L for a business with significant revenues- Has relentless focus, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment Proven ability to work in ambiguous situations- Experience in developing and leading high-performance teams- 5-7 years of total work experience- Ex Entrepreneurs/Immediate joiners a plusAbout Pristyn Care :Pristyn Care is an Asset Light full-stack healthcare provider that rents spare OT capacity and Surgical infra of a hospital to perform surgeries for its own patients via Pristyns full-time surgeons.
