Job Description

Job description-OperationsOperations Management

  1. Ensure the maximum shipments in scanned to be delivered successfully & minimize the undelivered shipments to the fullest.
  2. Re-attempt the undelivered shipments & ensure delivery as per SOP.
  3. Take corrective actions necessary to keep up the delivery performance in line with the targets aligned.
  4. Plan & prioritise the work & have the contingency plans for all the executions.
  5. Be the single point of contact for the functional team.
  6. Be vigilant in terms of approvals & processing the vouchers.
  7. Conduct periodical audit to all the locations that come under the span & ensure corrective actions for the deviations as per SOP.
  8. Be result oriented executor.
  9. Be accountable for all the assets & documents which are in the cluster.
  10. Be very responsive for the reports &ensure the timelines are followed.
  11. Ensure 100% adherence towards SOP.
Manpower Management
  1. Identify & source the supervisors & on-board them in case of replacement
  2. Understand the team pulse & act accordingly.
  3. Be the leader & guide the team in terms of process & procedures.
  4. Conduct periodical refresher training sessions to ensure the process deviations are at minimal.
  5. Identify the best supervisor in terms of operational efficiency & people management & prepare him for the next position.
  6. Ensure high integrity & professionalism is carried across the cluster.
  7. Be adoptable & flexible enough to cater the changing needs of service industry.
  8. Communicate the management view effectively to the associates & take them in the path of companys mission.
