Job Profile Role & Responsibilities of Area Sales Manager ( ASM ) 100% achievement of monthly, quarterly & annual target Understanding of product/ competition/ strategies Ensure Submission of Doctors/ Chemists list by BDOs Ensure Doctors coverage/ Chemists coverage at right frequency by BDOs Create corporate loyal doctors CRM activities on core doctors Building brands in assigned territories Execute / Implement strategies within time frame Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) every working day Detailing Ability Daily reporting Appointment of stockist Secondary sales monitoring Stock and sales statement 2 nd of every month Collecting payment from stockist/ Clear outstanding Ensuring availability of our brands at retail level Prepare incidence diary Provide details of over stock and near expiry if any with liquidation plan Preparing monthly Tour Programme ( TP ) for both including BDOs and submit before starting of the month. Bridging gaps in qualitative and quantitative aspects of the job of BDOs by adequate supervision and guidance.
