    Electronics Engineer - PCB ReworkPosition Title: Electronics Engineer - PCB ReworkLocation: Kolhapur, IndiaExperience: 13 YearsDepartment: Service/Repair EngineeringReporting To: Service Manager/Technical HeadJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team in Kolhapur. The role involves the repair, maintenance, and servicing of electronic spare parts, including PCBs, motherboards, and other electronic components. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment, coupled with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.Key Responsibilities:Diagnosis and Repair: Inspect and troubleshoot defective electronic components, such as PCBs, motherboards, and related spare parts.Repair or replace faulty components using advanced tools and techniques.Testing and Calibration: Conduct rigorous testing of repaired components to ensure proper functionality and reliability.Calibrate equipment to meet technical and safety standards.Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing service requests and resolving issues promptly.Offer guidance on proper handling and maintenance of electronic components.Documentation: Maintain detailed service records, including fault analysis, repair logs, and spare parts usage.Generate and submit periodic service reports to management.Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on electronic equipment to minimize downtime.Identify potential risks and recommend preventive measures.Compliance and Safety: Ensure all repairs and services adhere to industry standards and safety protocols.Stay informed about the latest technologies and advancements in electronic spare part repair.Qualifications and Skills:Education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 13 years of hands-on experience in electronic component repair, specifically PCBs, motherboards, and similar spare parts.Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of circuit diagrams, schematics, and electronic diagnostic tools.Proficiency in soldering, desoldering, and handling advanced equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Other Requirements:Willingness to travel locally as needed for client support.Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Provident FundSchedule: Day shiftEducation: Bachelors (Preferred)Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person,
