1. Supports the Manager by collating accurate & timely payroll related information.2. Supports the management team by performing general administrative functions including arranging travel, co-ordinating meetings, typing presentations, memos etc.3. Checks and banks cheques and cash for ROD, ROC & cash pick-ups and banks money in accordance with local & Finance procedures. Maintains records of all transactions & submits details to Finance department.4. Creates timely & accurate accrual listings for invoices and purchase orders & submits to the Manager for approval prior to submitting to Finance.
