    Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Should have hands on experience in Adobe Target and would be responsible for helping todeliver and improve the end customer experience across clients digital channels, leveragingAdobe Target PlatformExperience in digital marketing, should have thorough working knowledge of Adobe Targetwith minimum 2-4 years of hands-on consulting and implementation experienceKnowledge of overall Adobe Experience cloud solution and frameworkExperience in leading Adobe Analytic simple implementation across Web, mobile, and appsDevelop reports and Dashboards to meet clients needs in Adobe Analytics and TargetAdvice on testing protocols and practices to ensure testing needs are met.Experience in creating experience activities, A/B , multi variate testing && ExperimentationtestingExperience in recommendations activities && Automated PersonalizationTechnical expertise on Adobe Target with hands-on use cases implementingexperience.JavaScript, HTML, CSS knowledge requiredIntegration of Target with sites and Analytics toolsDebug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues.Good communication && interpersonal skillsGood to have understanding / exposure to cross product integration (i.e. Target Campaign,Target AAM etc.)Good to have experience in solution design, RFP and client interactionsNice to haveData visualization experience: workspace, report builder, PowerBi, and tableau, Optimizelyexperience && Google analyticsExperience with agile methodologies: ScrumMobile tagging experience
