Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our health insurance organization as a Branch Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing the agency channel operations in the Kurnool region. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 13 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 to 5 years of team handling experience and a proven track record of stability in their current and previous organizations.Responsibilities:
    1. Agency Channel Management: Manage and lead the agency channel operations in the Kurnool region, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, business growth, and profitability.
    2. Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing team of insurance professionals, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development.
    3. Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance market presence to drive business growth.
    4. Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, clients, and other business partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    5. Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and promote the organizations health insurance products and services.
    6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices. Mitigate risks and implement effective control measures.
    7. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, sales metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate action plans.
    8. Training and Development: Conduct regular training programs and workshops for agents and the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
    9. Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage the branchs budget, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets.
