Performs duties as per duty roaster and hands over the patients to the next doctor on call on the completion of his duty. Attend to casuality calls Support in Out Patient procedures Attend to In-Patient calls Completing admission formalities as per hospital policy. Attend rounds with Consultants. Coordinate with Nurses, Patient Care Coordinators to ensure Patient Care. Assess, plan, evaluate, and document patient clinical records. Clinical examination of the patient, making provisional assessment of the diagnosis and decide on the mode of treatment as IP or OP. Advise for necessary investigations in consultation with the Consultant. Carries out the instructions of the Senior Colleagues/Consultants pertaining to the patients. Ensure that records of patients in my care are accurate, up to date and legible and signed.
