  • Responsible & Managing the Holistic End to End Advisor Agency Cycle (Onboarding, Recruitment, Activation & Ensuring hiring, managing, retention Productivity Management) for assigned locations / branches & Managing Desired Advisor Development Productivity Salary range is 5 lakhs with sales training experience Prior sales and sales training experience with Insurance sales back ground for atleast for 3 year is a must Willing to travel across the assigned locations Age 33 years of age. Flair for Sales (with focus on Advisor Development) Conducting/coordinating on other relative activities such as brand activations, BOPs etc. to help Sales on recruitment activities.
