Key Responsibilities: Responsible for business target achievement through assigned partner branches. Drive partner branch activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with partner branch staff. Ensuring discipline & rigor of daily sales activities, DSR & LMS input. Regular review & tracking of team performance. Building team capability through regular training interventions. To organize sales campaign, product launches and conduct training at partner branches. Ensuring adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines. Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business. Ensuring timey resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.Required Candidate profileQualifications:Masters or Bachelor degree in business, engineering, science, hospitality or arts.Essential Knowledge / Skill Sets: Should be good at relationship building/management. Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills. Should have in-depth knowledge of Insurance and related financial market. Should have analytical skills to understand the gap between current business and potentialbusiness opportunities. Should have good presentation, coaching and training skills. Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.Work Experience:Four to six years experience in Insurance, from Bancassurance background or frombanking background. Desired CompetencyRelevant experience preferably with NBPSU or Private bank(core Banca) min 3-4 years of Team Handling( Ability to handle team of 12-15 members)Exposure of handling Regional Offices of NBPSU(Ability to maintain relationships with higher officials)Adequate Basic knowledge of Industry (Ability to coach and handholding of team)Good written and verbal communication skills(Required of drafting with channel partner)Pleasant personality and good health ( Required for intense travelling)Proven Track Record- Performer and No frequent changes ,
