Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Manage and drive sales operations across multiple states into 2 wheeler. Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the assigned states, ensuring financial targets are met. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales and financial targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders. Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and financial efficiency.Key Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in B2C sales, with a strong preference for experience in the two-wheeler motorcycle industry. Proven experience in managing sales and P&L across multiple states. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and financial data. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.,
