Branch Audits Execute branch audits as per the Annual audit plan. Ensure proper pre audit preparations prior to visiting the branch Complete the branch audit within allotted mandays with comprehensive coverage as defined inthe Branch audit checklist. Identify and highlight material discrepancies observed during the Audit to reporting managerimmediately for further action. Independently draft the Branch Audit reports with utmost accuracy and consistently deliverquality in terms of Audit findings Adhere to the Report issuance defined Turn Around Time (TAT). Obtain appropriate management responses with action plan and timeline on all reporteddiscrepancies and independently finalize the reports. Assign the Risk category and risk type toeach observation accurately basis the defined checklist. Ensure that appropriate evidences / supporting documentation either in Hard or soft copy areobtained and maintained for future reference for all the reported observations.MIS Activities Prepare various trackers required for tracking of the effective execution of Branch audits as perplan Ensure real time update and availability of information as and when required. , Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the field of internal audit / Branch audit in Financial Sector preferably NBFC Must have strong work prioritization skills Proven ability to self-manage / prioritize strict deadlines / timelines and manage time, resources and multiple project assignments for self and team. Adherence to TAT for issuance of draft and final reports Independent & consistent execution and reporting without compromising on the Quality
