The person handling this position will be responsible for developing Tied model within assigned territory and generate business.Recruiting 6 Sales Managers who will in turn recruit, train & develop Agents.Developing/Motivating SMs so that they can grow within organization.Achieving targets assigned w.r.t team hiring, making his team grow, recruitments of SMs & agents, GWP.Responsible for timely execution of task assigned.Key Requirements Education & CertificatesGraduate / Post Graduate Preferable MBA/PGDBM in Marketing & Sales.Proven track record in academics and sales/job.Key Requirements - Experience &SkillsHaving 3 years experience in Insurance Industry preferably from Life Insurance. Should have proven track record in terms of promotion within organization, Stability is there or not.Guys from life insurance who have taken 2 to 3 promotions in front sales.He should be well aware about geography of area he/she recruited for.Stability and Good Communication skills.Age Bracket Below35Salary MAX 8 Lacs.He should be local of that area, at least from last 10 years, well versed with market and should have good knowledge of Insurance Industry. Preferable if born & brought up of that area.
