Job Description

  • Good Stable in Job with Exposure in Channel Sales, HR & Distribution.
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
  • P & L owner of Consumer products portfolio.
  • Co Ordinate with Branch Accountants in managing Budgets & Fund Allocation.
  • Ensure Improvements, Growth Opportunities & Corrective Actions to Challenges.
  • Training, Coaching & Motivating Branch Personnel.
  • Develop & Execute Sales Strategies to Achieve/Maximize the Sales Goals.
Required Candidate profile
  • Any Engineering Graduate / MBA (Full Time) with 10 to 15 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Consumer Durables (preferably AC) in the said Geography.
  • Compensation upto 35 lakhs.
