Position : BSMLocations: Dehradun, Kanpur, LucknowSalary: Best in IndustryGrade: Upto Senior ManagerRoles and Responsibility:

Managing a team of sales officers.
Acquiring new Clients and establishing good banking relationship with them by providing prompt services and in the
process, achieving the assigned Fees and CASA Fund Targets.
Providing clients with the optimum automation solutions offered by the bank.
Cross Sell of various Bank & Third party products in NCA base.
Managing team to give desired productivity for achieving targets month on month basis.
Ensuring each sales officer reach their maximum productivity.
Checking and Scrutinizing of Account Opening Forms.
Maintaining KYC Norms while account opening.
