1. Communicate all brand related stories to customers as and where need arises2. Train the new sales executives on Brand related elements1. First face for the customer at the dealership; exhibit all the RE behavior codes, in action & in thought2. Understand or facilitate prospects present needs, wants & desires and, basis prospects response, suggest/pitch the right product9. Coordinate with the community & ride expert & the store head and plan Test Ride initiatives/activations1. Support the Store Head in identifying & analyzing lost cases and reporting the course of actions against each2. Support the Store Head in assessing & reporting customer satisfaction3.
