Job Description

    Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cadet with 6 months to 1 year of sea experience. The ideal candidate must have completed their last two contracts with the same company and must not have had a gap of 2 years or more between their sea service periods. We are looking for a qualified individual with completed documentation who is available for immediate joining.Key Responsibilities:Assist senior officers and crew in daily operations onboard the vessel.Perform duties related to deck maintenance, navigation, and safety procedures.Ensure all required documents, certificates, and logs are updated and maintained.Adhere to all maritime safety regulations and company policies.Provide support in operating ship equipment and machinery as required.Participate in routine drills and safety exercises.Maintain professional conduct at all times and contribute to a positive team environment.Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: 6 months to 1 year of sea service as a Cadet on board a commercial vessel.Company Loyalty: Must have completed the last two contracts with the same company.Gap-Free Career: No gap of 2 years or more between sea-going service periods.Documents: All necessary maritime certificates, documents, and medical fitness certificates must be up to date and complete.Immediate Availability: Must be able to join immediately upon selection.Physical Fitness: Must meet the medical fitness standards as required for sea service.Desired Skills:Strong knowledge of safety protocols and maritime laws.Ability to work effectively within a team and take direction from senior officers.Good communication skills and fluency in [language required].Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to grow within the company and gain further sea experience.Continuous training and development opportunities.[Other benefits as per company policy.]How to Apply:Interested candidates who meet the criteria above are encouraged to apply by sending their updated resume, complete set of documents, and references to [email/contact information].
