Job Description

    Job Title: Center ManagerLocation: LucknowDepartment: Cambridge Center of Analytics (CCA)Job Overview:The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, sales, and administrative functions of the Cambridge Center of Analytics (CCA). This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the center, meeting sales targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Center Manager will also be responsible for managing office requirements, ensuring that the physical infrastructure and resources are well-maintained and align with the centers goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the centers revenue targets.Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the centers offerings.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.Oversee lead generation, follow-up, and conversion processes.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.2. Operations Management:Ensure the smooth operation of the center, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.Monitor and evaluate the performance of programs and services, implementing improvements as necessary.Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and staff to ensure the timely delivery of courses and services.Manage the centers inventory, equipment, and supplies to meet operational needs.Implement and maintain health, safety, and security standards within the center.3. Administrative Functions:Oversee all administrative tasks, including record-keeping, documentation, and reporting.Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records in alignment with organizational policies.Handle HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management.Coordinate with the HR department to ensure staff training, development, and compliance with company policies.Manage communication channels within the center, ensuring timely and effective information flow.4. Office Management & Infrastructure:Ensure the centers physical infrastructure is well-maintained, including office space, classrooms, and common areas.Manage office supplies, equipment, and technology to support efficient operations.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and procurement of office essentials.Oversee the setup and management of office systems, including IT, security, and communication tools.Ensure that the center meets all regulatory and compliance requirements related to office infrastructure.5. Client and Student Relations:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, students, and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and quality service delivery.Organize and manage events, workshops, and seminars to enhance client and student engagement.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or training center.3. Proven experience in sales and business development.4. Strong leadership and team management skills.5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and office management software.7. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.8.
